The use of fine hole nozzles enables precise coating. Our dispenser nozzle is a coating nozzle designed for tabletop dispensers, featuring a ceramic tip. 【Features】 - As a standard nozzle for tabletop dispensers, we can manufacture nozzles with a hole diameter of less than 200μm, which are not commonly available. (We can accommodate a minimum hole diameter of 5μm.) - The standard metal holder has a double-thread specification, allowing for direct attachment to commercially available dispensers and syringes. - The nozzle tip is made of ceramic, making it suitable for cleaning with solvents and thermal processing. (We will select materials according to the cleaning method.) - The inner surface of the nozzle has a tapered cross-section, produced through injection molding using molds, resulting in high smoothness and improved flow and coating properties. The inner and outer diameters of the nozzle tip can be manufactured to your specified dimensions. We also accept custom specifications for the metal holder.
